Two limits are true on every lifetime tier, including Business: (1) in-app, NexaLink-billed AI — AI bio, cloud note summaries, follow-up drafts, cloud OCR refine — is a separate paid-Premium subscription, never bundled into a one-time deal; and (2) on Solo and Team, custom domain, branding removal, and Apple/Google Wallet passes are Business-only. Everything else is genuinely yours for life.
So what's the catch?
There isn't a catch on the features — there's a design choice on AI, and it's the whole reason this can be a one-time deal instead of a subscription.
A lifetime price and a metered AI meter don't mix: if we bundled unlimited NexaLink-run AI into a $19 purchase, we'd lose money on every heavy user and eventually claw it back with caps or a forced upgrade. Plenty of “AI lifetime deals” do exactly that, then quietly throttle you. We didn't want to build that.
So NexaLink's lifetime AI is bring-your-own over MCP. Connect NexaLink to the Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor subscription you already pay for, once, and ask your assistant “who did I meet at the conference and haven't I followed up with?” or “draft a warm note to the recruiter from Tuesday.” The inference runs on your tokens — unlimited on your side, zero metered fees from us.
The honest boundary, stated once more: if what you specifically want is for NexaLink to run cloud AI for you on a metered basis — AI bio generation, cloud summaries, in-app follow-up drafts, cloud OCR refine — that's our paid-Premium subscription, and it is not part of any lifetime tier, including Business. But if you already have Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor, MCP covers all of it on your own plan. That's the trade: no metered AI in the deal, no metered AI meter on your wallet.
One thing is unqualified and free on every tier: voice-note transcription happens on-device. Record a note after a meeting and it's transcribed locally, no subscription, no cloud round-trip.
Who should buy which tier
Solo — $19 (Pro, 1 seat)
One professional who wants a lifetime digital card and a personal CRM in one app: founders, salespeople, recruiters, consultants, anyone who leaves events with a pocket of cards and no system. Best default for a single user.
Team — $49 (Pro, 10 seats) · ★ Best value
Small teams and agencies. Ten seats, a shared team dashboard, custom theme, and CSV export for the price of a couple of months of most competitors' per-seat subscriptions. This is the most-recommended tier — but note it's Pro, not Premium: no custom domain or branding removal.
Business — price TBA (Premium, 50 seats)
Organizations that need a custom domain (serve cards on your own domain, NexaLink branding removed), Apple & Google Wallet passes, API access, advanced analytics, role permissions, or up to 50 seats. Buy this tier specifically for the domain/Wallet/API/analytics — not for in-app AI, which stays a separate subscription.
Skip it if…
You want NexaLink to run cloud AI for you on a metered basis and you don't already have Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor — that's the Premium subscription, not this deal. Also skip if you need only a bare digital card with no CRM; simpler free cards exist, and you'd be paying for a CRM you won't use.
