What is NexaLink?
NexaLink is a professional networking platform with three integrated apps: Digital Business Card (create and share your digital identity), Business Card Scanner (instantly digitize paper cards), and Professional CRM (manage your network). All three work together to help you network more effectively.
Is NexaLink free to use?
Yes! NexaLink offers a free forever plan that includes 1 digital business card, basic templates, QR code sharing, and 10 card scans per month. Our Pro plan ($4.99/month) unlocks unlimited cards, NFC sharing, unlimited scans, analytics, and premium features.
What devices does NexaLink support?
NexaLink is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android devices. Your digital business card can be viewed by anyone on any device through their web browser - recipients don't need the app.
Do people need the app to view my digital card?
No! Anyone can view your digital business card in their web browser. They simply scan your QR code, tap your NFC, or click your link, and your card opens as a beautiful mobile-optimized webpage.

How do I create a digital business card?
Download the NexaLink app, sign up for free, and follow the guided setup. You'll choose a template, add your photo and contact details, customize the design, and you're ready to share in minutes.
Can I have multiple digital business cards?
Free users can create 1 digital card. Pro users ($4.99/month) can create unlimited cards - perfect for different roles, companies, or personal vs. professional networking.
What sharing options are available?
You can share your card via: QR code (others scan it), NFC tap (Pro feature), direct link (send via text/email), Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, or directly from your contacts app.
Can I update my card after sharing it?
Yes! One of the biggest advantages of digital cards is instant updates. Change your phone number, job title, or company, and everyone who has your card sees the updated information immediately.
What information can I include on my card?
You can add: name, title, company, photo, logo, phone numbers, email addresses, website, physical address, and social links (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.). Pro users can also add custom fields.

How accurate is the card scanner?
Our AI-powered OCR typically achieves 95%+ accuracy for clearly printed cards. The app lets you review and edit scanned information before saving, ensuring your contacts are always correct.
How many cards can I scan?
Free users can scan 10 cards per month. Pro users get unlimited scans - perfect for conferences and networking events.
What happens to scanned cards?
Scanned contacts are saved to your NexaLink CRM where you can add notes, set follow-up reminders, and organize them with tags. You can also export contacts to your phone's address book.
Can I scan cards in bulk?
Yes! At events, you can quickly scan multiple cards in succession. The app queues them up and processes them, so you can capture many contacts rapidly.
Professional CRM
What CRM features does NexaLink include?
NexaLink CRM includes: contact organization with tags and groups, notes for each contact, follow-up reminders, interaction history, contact scoring, search and filtering, and sync with your phone's contacts.
Can I import existing contacts?
Yes! You can import contacts from your phone's address book, and Pro users can import from CSV files. The app also syncs with your phone's contacts so updates flow both ways.
How do follow-up reminders work?
When viewing a contact, you can set a reminder to follow up on a specific date. You'll receive a notification when it's time to reconnect. Pro users also get AI-suggested follow-up timings.

What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes: 1 digital business card, basic templates, QR code sharing, 10 card scans/month, and basic contact management. It's free forever with no time limit.
What does Pro unlock?
Pro ($4.99/month) unlocks: unlimited digital cards, all premium templates, NFC sharing, unlimited card scans, advanced CRM features, analytics dashboard, custom fields, and priority support.
Is there a team plan?
Yes! Our Team plan ($9.99/user/month) includes everything in Pro plus: team management, branded card templates, shared contacts, admin dashboard, and API access.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. Your account will revert to the free plan at the end of your billing period. Your digital card will remain active but with free plan limitations.
Privacy & Security
Is my data secure?
Yes! We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for all data transmission and encrypt sensitive data at rest. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
Who can see my analytics?
Only you can see your card analytics. You'll see aggregate data like total views, but you won't see personally identifiable information about viewers unless they choose to save your card.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app settings. This permanently removes all your data from our servers.
