NexaLink provides a digital business card platform that allows users to create, share, and manage digital business cards, scan physical business cards, and manage professional contacts through a CRM system.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain and update your information as needed
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Responsibilities

  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service
  • Harvest or collect user information without consent
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned byWebMobi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to your digital business cards. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Plan

The free plan provides limited access to the Service with no payment required.

Paid Plans

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan
  • Payment is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEBMOBI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebMobi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
