Lifetime as in: pay once, use forever, on every device you own. If we sunset the product, you get a refund or a replacement — your call.
What's the MCP connector — and why does it matter?+
MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets ChatGPT and Claude talk to NexaLink directly. Ask your AI to 'add this contact', 'draft a follow-up to everyone I met today', or 'publish my card' — and it does it, in your AI chat. NexaLink is the only digital business card + CRM with a native MCP connector. Popl, HiHello, Blinq, and Mobilo don't have it.
Do I get AI included, or do I bring my own?+
Both — and bring-your-own is the better deal. NexaLink includes in-app AI for quick edits with fair-use monthly caps. But the real power is the MCP connector: connect your own ChatGPT or Claude account and run NexaLink's AI on the subscription you already pay for — unmetered, with no NexaLink credits to run out. That's why the in-app caps rarely matter.
What's the difference between Founder and Retail pricing?+

How do team seats work?+
Team (10 seats), Business (50), and Agency (250) are multi-seat. You buy once as the owner, then invite teammates by email from your team dashboard. Each teammate gets full Pro features on web and mobile. Seats are reassignable.
Are the monthly caps refreshed or one-time?+
They refresh on the same day each month, based on when you redeemed. Hit a cap mid-month? Stack a top-up for that month.
Can I upgrade tiers later?+
Yes, via support — you pay the difference, no platform fees. Email support@nexalink.co with your purchase email and the tier you want.
Refund policy?+
14-day no-questions-asked refund window. Refunds are processed via DodoPayments back to your original payment method, usually in 5-10 business days.
