2Click Redeem and land on NexaLink
From the AppSumo product page, click Redeem (or Get Started). AppSumo hands you off to NexaLink at nexalink.co and carries your code with it. If you'd rather start on our side, go straight to nexalink.co/api/appsumo/redirect and paste the code yourself.
3Sign in or create your free NexaLink account
If you already have a NexaLink account, sign in. If not, create one — it's free and takes a few seconds. This is the account your deal upgrades, so use the email you want to work from. 4Authorize your code and unlock instantly
Confirm the code on the redemption screen. - On-device voice transcription is free on every tier — Solo included. That's an unqualified win.

Troubleshooting redemption
Most issues are one of these five. Work top to bottom.
“I redeemed on the web, but the app still shows Free.”
Sign in on the iOS/Android app with the same email you redeemed with, then sign out and back in (or pull to refresh) to force a subscription restore. The tier syncs through RevenueCat, so mobile catches up once it re-checks your account. If you signed into the app on a different email than you redeemed with, that's the cause — use the redemption email.
“The code says invalid or already used.”
Each AppSumo code redeems once. Confirm you copied the entire code with no trailing spaces, and that you're pasting it into nexalink.co, not the AppSumo box. If AppSumo shows the code as unredeemed but NexaLink rejects it, contact support with your AppSumo order number.
“I redeemed on the wrong account.”
The tier attaches to the account you authorized. To move it to a different email, don't re-buy — contact support with your order number and the correct email, and we'll reassign it.
“My upgrade isn't showing on the web dashboard.”
Hard-refresh, or sign out and back in on nexalink.co. The entitlement is written at redemption; a stale session is the usual reason it doesn't appear.
“I don't see any team seats.”
Seats only exist on Team (10) and Business (50). On Solo there's nothing to invite. On Team/Business, seats live under Team → Invite members in the web dashboard, not in the app.
