Higher tiers (Team, Business, Agency) add more cards and seats. Prices localize at checkout.
Q7: Can I use NFC with NexaLink?
Yes. NFC sharing is available on the Pro plan and above. You can write your card URL to any compatible NFC tag or sticker using the NexaLink Card app. When someone taps the NFC tag with their phone, your card page opens instantly in their browser.
Q8: What is the card scanner?
NexaLink Scanner is a separate app that lets you scan paper business cards using your phone camera. AI extracts the contact details (name, email, phone, company) and saves them to your NexaLink contact list.
Q9: How does AI follow-up work?
NexaLink's AI follow-up feature (available in NexaLink CRM) drafts personalized follow-up messages based on your conversation context and the contact's profile. After meeting someone, the AI suggests a timely message you can send via email or LinkedIn.
Q10: Can I use NexaLink for my team?
Yes. Enterprise plans support team features including shared contact pools, team analytics, and centralized card management. Contact NexaLink for team pricing and setup.
Q11: Is my data secure?
Yes. NexaLink uses Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, ensuring you can only access your own data. All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption. Payment processing is handled by RevenueCat and the App Store/Play Store -- NexaLink never stores your credit card information.
Q12: Can I import contacts from my phone?
Yes. The NexaLink CRM app supports importing contacts from your phone's address book. You can select which contacts to import, and duplicates are automatically detected and merged.
Q13: How do I scan a business card?
Open the NexaLink Scanner app, point your camera at a paper business card, and tap the capture button. AI processes the image, extracts all readable contact information, and lets you review before saving. The scanner works with cards in any language.
Q14: What is relationship scoring?
Relationship scoring is an AI feature in NexaLink CRM that assigns a score (0-100) to each contact based on interaction frequency, recency, response rates, and connection depth. Higher scores indicate stronger relationships, helping you prioritize follow-ups and networking efforts.
Q15: Can I connect Gmail to NexaLink?
Yes. NexaLink CRM supports Gmail integration through connected accounts. Once linked, NexaLink can track email interactions with your contacts and use that data for relationship scoring and AI follow-up suggestions.
Q16: How do I export my contacts?
In the NexaLink CRM app, go to Contacts and use the export option to download your contact list as a CSV or vCard file. You can export all contacts or filter by tags, score, or date range.
Q17: What devices support NFC?
Most modern smartphones support NFC. On iPhone, NFC reading works on iPhone 7 and later (iOS 13+). NFC tag writing requires iPhone XS or later. On Android, most devices manufactured after 2015 support both NFC reading and writing.
Q18: Can I customize my card colors?
Yes. Pro and Premium users can set custom primary and secondary colors for their card, creating a personalized gradient background. You can also upload a background image. Free users can choose from a selection of preset templates.
Q19: How do I share my card?
There are multiple ways to share your NexaLink card: copy and paste your card URL, display your QR code for scanning, write your card to an NFC tag (Pro+), add it to Apple or Google Wallet, include the link in your email signature, or share via any messaging app.
Q20: What analytics do I get?
Analytics depend on your plan. Free users see 7-day view counts. Pro users get 30/90-day analytics including total views, contact saves, traffic sources (referrers), and device breakdown (mobile vs desktop). Premium users get up to 365 days of historical data.
Q21: Can I use a custom domain?
Yes. Premium and Enterprise users can serve their card at a custom domain like "card.yourname.com" instead of the default NexaLink URL. Setup requires adding a CNAME record at your domain registrar. SSL is automatically provisioned.
Q22: Can I have more than one card?
Yes. Free users get 1 card. Pro users can create up to 5 cards (e.g., one for work, one for personal, one for a side project). Enterprise users get unlimited cards.
Q23: Does NexaLink work offline?
The NexaLink Card app is a mobile app that requires internet to sync data. However, your card page is hosted on Vercel's edge network and loads quickly worldwide. NFC tags work offline since they simply store a URL that opens in the browser.
Q24: How is NexaLink different from a LinkedIn profile?
NexaLink is purpose-built for sharing contact information in person and capturing leads. It loads instantly (no login required for visitors), includes a Save Contact button for direct vCard download, offers NFC and QR sharing, and features an AI assistant for visitor engagement. LinkedIn is a social network; NexaLink is a networking tool.
Q25: Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings in the NexaLink Card app and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes your cards, contacts, and all associated data. Your card page URLs will stop working immediately.
