Who it's for

What's included

  • NFC tap + QR sharing — Share instantly by tapping your phone (via the mobile app) or by letting people scan your QR code and share link at /app/card.
  • Custom brand colors — Style your card with your own brand colors at /app/card/edit so it looks like you, not a template.
  • Custom slug — Claim a personal link like nexalink.co/c/you for a clean, memorable address you can put anywhere.
  • AI bio + AI notes — Generate a polished bio while editing your card, and add AI-assisted notes to contacts you save.
  • See who viewed you — Turn anonymous card views into named leads under /app/viewers, so you can follow up with people who checked you out.

How to set it up

1. Build your card

/app/card/edit

  1. Open /app/card/edit and fill in your name, title, company, department, bio, and tagline.
  2. Pick a profession template to get a clean starting layout.
  3. Add your links — up to 20 social, messaging, and payment links so people can reach you their way.
  4. Tap the AI bio option if you'd like NexaLink to draft a polished bio for you to tweak.
  5. Set your custom brand colors so the card matches your personal or company brand.
  6. Add highlights, testimonials, and a banner to round out your card, then save.

Solo (Pro) gives you up to 5 cards — repeat these steps from /app/card to build additional cards.

2. Claim your link and share your card

/app/card

  1. Go to /app/card to see your live card, QR code, and share link.
  2. Set a custom slug so your link reads cleanly, like nexalink.co/c/you.
  3. Show your QR code in person, or send the share link in email, chat, or social bios.
  4. To share by NFC tap, open the NexaLink mobile app and tap your phone to another device.

Your card keeps the NexaLink badge on the Solo (Pro) plan.

3. Track views and capture leads

/app/card/analytics and /app/viewers

  1. Open /app/card/analytics to see your views and engagement across the last 90 days.
  2. Visit /app/viewers to see who viewed your card and turn them into named leads.
  3. Follow up with viewers, then save the ones worth keeping into your contacts.

Your analytics window is 90 days on the Solo (Pro) plan.

4. Manage your contacts (CRM)

/app/contacts

  1. Open /app/contacts to view and organize the people you've saved.
  2. Use Contact import at /app/contact-import (or /app/tools) to bring in an existing list.
  3. Add AI-assisted notes to a contact so you remember the context of each connection.
  4. Export your contacts anytime to keep a backup or use them elsewhere.

Solo is a single-seat plan, so the My contacts scope is yours — Team and All scopes are for multi-seat plans.

5. Use the Tools hub

/app/tools

  1. Open /app/tools to reach all your extras in one place.
  2. Generate a vCard at /app/vcard or a profile link at /app/profile-link.
  3. Create QR codes at /app/qr-code and virtual backgrounds at /app/virtual-bg.
  4. Use the business card maker at /app/card-maker for a printable design.

Tips

  • Set your custom slug early — a clean nexalink.co/c/you link is easier to share verbally and looks better in bios than a random URL.
  • Check /app/viewers regularly. Following up with people while your card is fresh in their mind is the fastest way to turn a view into a real connection.
  • Build a second card for a specific context (a side project, a conference, a different language). You get up to 5 on Solo.
  • Import your existing contacts once at /app/contact-import so everything lives in your CRM from day one.
