Agency vs Enterprise

What the Agency plan includes, and what Enterprise adds on top.

Agency

For agencies and consultancies running NexaLink on behalf of several client companies.

  • Multi-client management — every client in one console, on one shared seat pool
  • Multiple company workspaces — each client sealed from the others: their own people, cards and contacts
  • Team management — invite and remove users, or hand a client an Admin who runs their own workspace
  • Client branding — logos, templates and email signatures, set per client and lockable across every card in that workspace
  • Optional custom domain for web — your cards, and each client’s cards, served on their own domain
  • REST API — sync contacts into your own systems

Enterprise

Enterprise is Agency at scale. It is not a different feature set with things held back — you get everything in Agency, sized for thousands of seats rather than hundreds, plus the pieces an organisation of that size needs:

  • Thousands of seats — Agency ships with a 250-seat pool; Enterprise is sized to your headcount
  • SSO — sign-in through your identity provider, which stops being optional once you are provisioning at that volume
  • The console on your own domain — not just your cards, but the application your people sign in to
  • Dedicated support — a named contact rather than the shared inbox

The mobile apps

The mobile apps are not white-labelled on any plan. Anyone who installs the app downloads NexaLink and sees our name and icon.

In practice this matters less than it sounds, because the app is not how your clients’ prospects meet them. A card is shared as a link or a QR code and opens in a browser — on your client’s domain, with your client’s branding, no NexaLink anywhere. The app is optional, and mainly useful for scanning cards on the move.

Say it to a client up front rather than letting them find out. It is a short conversation before they buy and an awkward one afterwards.

Which one do you need?

Mostly this is a question of scale, not features.

Agency is right for an agency or consultancy running client companies on a 250-seat pool. It is the complete product: every client-management, branding and domain capability is here, and your clients’ prospects never see our brand.

Enterprise is right when you outgrow that — thousands of seats, your own identity provider, and your people signing in at your address rather than ours. If you are approaching your pool ceiling, or provisioning at a volume where manual invites stop making sense, that is the conversation to have.
