NexaLink Agency Plan — Help Guide
Run your whole agency — and your clients — on white-labeled digital cards, with unlimited cards, a multi-org dashboard, and full reselling.
$599 founder · $1,199 retail · 250 seats · Premium
Who it's for
For agencies and resellers who manage NexaLink for multiple organizations or clients. Agency is the top plan: it includes everything in Pro and Business, plus unlimited cards, full white-label, a multi-org dashboard, and the ability to resell NexaLink to your clients. If you only need a single team, Business may be enough — but only Agency unlocks managing more than one organization and reselling.
What's included
- Unlimited cards & all templates — Create as many cards as you (and your clients) need, with access to every profession and design template.
- Full white-label — Remove NexaLink branding from every card so the experience is 100% your agency's (or your client's) brand.
- Unlimited custom domains — Host cards on your own and your clients' domains — Agency allows unlimited custom domains (Business is limited to 1).
- Multi-org dashboard & reselling — Manage multiple organizations from one place and resell NexaLink to clients — exclusive to the Agency plan.
- Team management for every org — Invite/remove members, set a shared brand with per-field locks, and sync brand to all members in each organization you manage.
- Lead Capture campaigns — Define a campaign window, auto-tag every contact captured during it, and measure ROI — then filter your CRM by campaign.
- Wallet passes (Apple & Google) — Let cardholders add their card to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
- Advanced analytics (365-day window) — See device, geo, and referrer breakdowns plus see-who-viewed leads, with a full 365-day history.
- Email-signature library, AI bio & AI notes — Branded signature templates, AI-written bios, and AI-generated contact notes across your cards and CRM.
- Role permissions, SSO-lite & API access — Assign roles, simplify sign-in, and integrate NexaLink with your own systems via the API.
How to set it up
1. 1. Build and brand your first card
/app/card/edit
- Go to /app/card/edit and fill in your name, title, company, department, bio, and tagline.
- Add up to 20 social, messaging, and payment links.
- Pick any template (Agency unlocks all templates) and set your custom brand colors.
- Use AI bio to draft your bio in one click, then add highlights, testimonials, and a banner.
- Open /app/card to view your live card, grab its QR code, and copy your share link (use the mobile app for NFC tap-to-share).
Set a custom slug like /c/you on /app/card/edit so your link is clean and memorable.
2. 2. Set up an organization and its brand
/app/team
- Open /app/team and go to the Members tab to invite teammates (or your client's staff) by email.
- Switch to the Brand & Templates tab to upload the logo and banner, and set the company name, website, brand color, and email domain.
- Turn on the LOCK toggle next to any field you want to keep consistent so members can't change it.
- Click 'Sync to all members' to push the brand to everyone in that organization at once.
- Use the Directory tab to see all cards in the org, and the Billing tab to manage the plan.
Brand & Templates and Lead Capture are available on any multi-seat plan; Agency adds doing this across multiple organizations.
3. 3. Remove NexaLink branding (white-label)
/app/settings
- Confirm your Agency plan is active under /app/settings.
- With Agency, NexaLink branding is removed from cards automatically — your cards display only your agency's or client's brand.
- Combine white-label with a custom domain (next section) so the entire experience lives under your own name.
- Spot-check a public card on /app/card to confirm no NexaLink branding appears.
Branding removal is a Premium-only capability (Business and Agency). Solo and Team plans keep NexaLink branding on cards.
4. 4. Connect custom domains for each client
/guides/website/custom-domain
- Add the custom domain in the NexaLink mobile app, then add the matching CNAME record at your DNS provider.
- Follow the step-by-step reference at /guides/website/custom-domain for the exact CNAME values and verification steps.
- Repeat for each client — Agency supports unlimited custom domains (Business is limited to 1).
- Wait for DNS to propagate, then open the domain to confirm the card loads.
Custom domain is Premium-only. Agency = unlimited domains; Business = 1 domain.
5. 5. Run Lead Capture campaigns and measure ROI
/app/team
- In /app/team, open the Lead Capture tab and define a campaign with its date window.
- Every contact captured during the window is auto-tagged to that campaign.
- Review the campaign's ROI in the Lead Capture tab.
- Go to /app/contacts and filter by campaign to work those leads (switch the scope between My, Team, and All as needed).
Use /app/card/analytics for card performance and /app/viewers to see who viewed your card and follow up.
6. 6. Use the My Tools hub
/app/tools
- Open /app/tools to reach every extra tool in one place.
- Build branded email signatures at /app/signatures and manage your full signature library.
- Create downloadable vCards at /app/vcard and shareable profile links at /app/profile-link.
- Generate QR codes at /app/qr-code, virtual backgrounds at /app/virtual-bg, printable cards at /app/card-maker, and bulk-import contacts at /app/contact-import.
The email-signature library is a Premium feature, included with Agency.
Tips
- Set the org brand and turn on field locks before inviting members — it saves having to clean up off-brand cards later.
- Pair white-label with a custom domain per client so cards are fully branded end to end, with zero NexaLink mentions.
- Use the campaign filter in /app/contacts right after an event to prioritize the warmest leads while they're fresh.
- Check /app/viewers regularly — see-who-viewed turns passive card views into follow-up opportunities.
- Agency advanced analytics keep a 365-day history, so compare this quarter's device/geo/referrer mix against last year's.
