Before You Start
- NexaLink CRM account
- CSV file with contacts exported from another tool
Step-by-Step Guide
Prepare Your CSV File
Export contacts from your current tool as a CSV file with columns for name, email, phone, company, etc.
Open Import Tool
In NexaLink CRM, go to Contacts and tap Import then select CSV.
Map Your Fields
NexaLink auto-detects most fields but lets you manually map any unrecognized columns.
Handle Duplicates
Choose how to handle duplicate contacts: merge, skip, or create new entries.
Review and Import
Preview the import summary showing total contacts, new entries, and duplicates, then confirm.
