NexaLink works great as a standalone CRM, but if your team uses Salesforce, HubSpot, or another platform, you can export your contacts seamlessly to keep everything in sync.
Before You Start
- NexaLink CRM account with contacts
- CRM account (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Step-by-Step Guide
Choose Your CRM
Go to NexaLink Settings and select Integrations to see supported CRM platforms.
Authenticate Your Account
Click Connect and sign in to your CRM account to authorize the integration.
Map Contact Fields
Map NexaLink fields (name, email, phone, tags) to the corresponding fields in your CRM.
Choose Sync Mode
Select one-way (NexaLink to CRM), two-way, or manual export depending on your workflow.
Export and Verify
Run the initial export and verify that contacts appear correctly in your CRM.
