Before You Start

Step-by-Step Guide
Identify Inactive Contacts
Use the activity filter to find contacts with no interaction in the last 6-12 months.
Review Before Archiving
Scan the list for anyone you want to keep active and remove them from the selection.
Select and Archive
Select the contacts to archive and tap Archive. They will be moved to the archive folder.
Set Up Auto-Archive Rules
Configure automatic archiving for contacts with no activity after a set period.
Restore When Needed
Archived contacts can be restored at any time by finding them in the archive and tapping Restore.
