About
Law Student | Promoting Legal Literacy. I am a B.B.A. LL.B. student at Symbiosis Law School, Noida (2025–2030), building my foundation in litigation practise while actively promoting legal literacy through my platform ApoorvTalksLaw (YouTube & Instagram) and academic writings. My aim is not only to practice law, but to simplify complex legal issues and make structured legal understanding accessible to a wider audience. My litigation exposure includes working on SARFAESI and RDB matters before DRT/DRAT, drafting interim applications and affidavits, conducting tribunal-focused judgment research, and observing Supreme Court vacation bench proceedings. I have developed structured drafting and research skills using SCC, Manupatra, and AI-assisted tools (with rigorous verification). In Intellectual Property and regulatory law, I have conducted trademark searches (WIPO Nice Classification), analysed goods & services classification disputes, and assisted in IP prosecution-related documentation. My academic writing includes detailed analysis of: • Mc Prefix trademark monopoly disputes (Indian & overseas jurisprudence) • Medical negligence liability involving minors (Consumer Protection & tort principles) • Judicial treatment of counter-offers & battle of forms (India–US–UK comparative approach) • Constitutional expansion of Article 21 through Olga Tellis As a first-generation aspiring litigator, I am committed to disciplined courtroom preparation, analytical depth, and contributing meaningfully to both legal practice and public legal awareness.
